Washington State University recently launched a new leadership certificate program that was designed to support both aspiring and seasoned leaders with expanding their personal and professional successes. I worked with several colleagues to create a unique experiential-based training program that is delivered in an on-line format. I realize that this sounds impossible, but it is not. We created a solid content frame that is brought to life when participants apply the concepts learned in the course to their real life experiences. We designed the program in this format to expand access to place bound, time bound people who struggle to find the time to travel to face-to-face workshops. The 12-week program was created for people who are working or going to school full time. The program is challenging but paced in way that is doable for busy people. For more information about the course content, scheduling and pricing details please visit: tidal.wsu.edu.
We are offering a training session specifically designed for mid-career professionals who aspire to improve their leadership ability, which starts on April 13 (next week!) and completes on July 31. We will be offering a similar course this October – visit our course offerings page for more information. We hope that you will share the information below with people in your organization that may be interested in this course.
Please contact me for further discussion and/or forward this information to others you feel might be interested in this experience.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,

The principles of Tidal Leadership are gaining traction in corporate America. In a recent report on 60 Minutes, Anderson Cooper delved into this new type of corporate leadership training. Mindfulness, a subject discussed in the report and a key concept explored in modules 3 and 4 of the Tidal Leadership Certificate, is a characteristic that all effective leaders share.
